If you ate too much chocolate over Easter or you just want to keep fit, then join us for yoga.
If you are new to yoga it's a great way to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and general wellbeing without you realising it's happening. It can be as hard or as easy as you and your body want it to be. And a wonderful side effect is that it improves your body shape.
You don't need any special clothes for yoga; you just need to be able to move freely. it helps to have a mat, but if you're new to it, I'd be happy to lend you one. And no need to drive anywhere, all you have to do is walk to the school once a week.
