day evening at 7.30 pm in the school hall. We’re lucky enough to have a lovely instructor, Rebecca, who makes sure we do as much as we can to keep supple and strong, but there’s never any pressure to do anything we’re unhappy with.
If you are new to yoga, it’s a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and balance! Yoga can be as hard or as easy as you and your body want it to be. In these days of mindfulness, a wonderful side effect is that it improves your general and mental well-being!
You don’t need any special clothes for yoga, you just need to be able to move freely. It helps to have a mat, but if you’re new to it, I’d be happy to lend you one - just contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. And there’s no need to drive anywhere, all you have to do is walk to the school once a week.
We meet every Monday in term time, 7.30 – 9 pm, and our first class after half term is on Monday 31 October. Our friendly class is open to men and women and has a mix of all ages. If you’d like to join us, please just come along or contact Rebecca at www.rebeccajamesyoga.co.uk.
