Messy Church is a form of church that involves creativity, celebration and hospitality. In North Waltham, Messy Church is led by Hannah Pearce and Alice Crocker.
We meet once every 2 months or so and each session includes a welcome, creative time to explore a biblical theme (through getting messy!), a short celebration that involves a story, prayer and song, and sitting down to share food and refreshments.
Messy Church is for people of all ages – adults and children alike - and is a sociable and fun form of worship for people at all stages of their faith journey. Our aim at Messy Church is to introduce Jesus, to give an opportunity to encounter him and to grow closer to him. We are resourced, supported and enabled by the Bible Reading Fellowship.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Messy Church Sessions, which will take place on the following Saturday dates (from 3-4 pm at St Michaels Church, North Waltham):
- 21st March
- 16th May
- 18th July
- 26th September
- 28th November
