New Planning Applications

North Waltham Parish Council have been consulted by BDBC regarding 4 planning applications, as follows:

Ref: 20/00670/HSE Towns End Cottage, Maidenthorne Lane, North Waltham RG25 2DD - Erection of two storey side and rear extension

20/00749/PIP Land north of Ramsholt Close and east of Mary Lane, North Waltham - minor residential housing development of up to 9 new dwelling houses

20/00750/PIP Land at Westside Dairy, Steventon Road, North Waltham RG25 2BT - application for Permission in Principle for residential development of up to 6 dwellings

20/00540/ROC Land at the Wheatsheaf Garage, Popham Lane, North Waltham - variation of condition 1 of 17/03470/OUT to amend plans for minor amendments to Plots 5 and 6, amended car parking, bin store and landscaping

Residents living near to the location of these applications should have already been directly notified by BDBC. The Parish Council will consider these applications and send a response to BDBC's consultation. However, as the Parish Council is unable to meet at the current time to consult with local residents, the Council wanted to ensure that residents are aware of the applications and to remind residents that they are able to send their individual views directly to BDBC at https://www.basingstoke.gov.uk/comment-on-a-planning-application
