Messy Church 2021/22

Main Image

We’re really pleased to announce the return of Messy Church, on 9th October at St Michael's Church, North Waltham.

Messy Church is a form of church that involves creativity, celebration and hospitality. The sessions are led in North Waltham by Hannah Pearce and Alice Crocker.

We meet once every couple of months, and each session includes a welcome, creative time to explore a biblical theme (through getting messy!), a short celebration that involves a story, prayer and song, and sitting down to share food and refreshments.

Messy Church is for people of all ages – adults and children alike - and is a sociable and fun form of worship for people at all stages of their faith journey. Our aim at Messy Church is to introduce Jesus, to give an opportunity to encounter him and to grow closer to him. We are resourced, supported and enabled by the Bible Reading Fellowship.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Messy Church Sessions, which will take place on the following Saturday dates (from 3-4 pm at St Michael's Church, North Waltham):

  • 9th October ‘21
  • 4th December ‘21
  • 5th February ‘22
  • 2nd April ‘22
  • 4th June ‘22

We’re always grateful for additional help to run Messy Church. Please do get in touch if you can spare any time: office@nwsadchurch.org
