New Planning Applications

North Waltham Parish Council have been consulted by BDBC regarding 4 planning applications. Residents living near to the location of these applications should have already been notified. However, as the Parish Council is unable to meet at the current time to consult with local residents, the Council wanted to ensure that residents are aware of the applications and to remind residents that they are able to send their views to BDBC individually.      See full story...

Advice from Key Services

North Waltham Parish Council has received communications from key services regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) with advice which we have been asked to share with residents. This includes advice regarding support during a power cut (particularly if you need additional help), council tax support, garden waste collections, latest updates from BDBC and Household Waste Recycling Centre closures.      See full story...

Temporary Road Closure - Trenchards Lane

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council have advised that Trenchards Lane will be closed for a 2 week period between 4th October and the end of November to allow the installation of power cabling to a new Openreach cabinet. Diversion signs will be in place, but please be aware that the proposed diversion is through North Waltham via Popham Lane, Church Road and Steventon Road to rejoin Trenchards Lane at Bulls Bushes Farm.      See full story...
