Basingstoke & Deane Warm Homes Central Heating Scheme

IMPORTANT MESSAGE - PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH ANY RESIDENTS WHO MAY BE ELIGIBLE (PARTICULARLY IF THEY DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET) Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council have funding in place to help residents that meet certain criteria save energy and money through the installation of a new central heating system.
