North Waltham WI - April

On 10th March 2016 we celebrated North Waltham WI’s 80th Birthday Party in magnificent style at the School Hall. The guest list was impressive, headed by Maureen Levenson, WI Federation Chairman for Hampshire, along with fellow committee members, Sue Attrill, a regular guest at our birthday parties, and Alison Woolford, Jean Pennington, Loddon Group secretary, representatives from Oakley and Deane WI, Cliddesden WI and guests from the village.      See full story...

Parish Council – Annual Parish Meeting

Tuesday 19th April 2016 at 8:00pm at the Rathbone Pavilion Are you interested to know what your Parish Council has achieved over the past year? Come and hear what’s been going on in the village with short reports from all the village organisations. The Neighbourhood Development Plan Group will be giving a presentation on; What is Neighbourhood planning? Dog fouling on Cuckoo Meadow

Regrettably, there have been reports of increasing instances of dog fouling in Cuckoo Meadow which is not being collected by the dogs' owners. Apart from being unpleasant, dog excrement is known to present a health hazard and young children are particularly vulnerable.      See full story...
