Both the main room in the Rathbone Pavilion and the Doris Cook Room are available for hire.

Notes

• The hourly rate is available to village societies and organisations
• Hire periods:
  • Morning = 0900-1300
  • Afternoon = 1300-1700
  • Evening = 1700-2359
  • Hire for other periods (e.g. a part morning) can be considered - please contact us with your requirements
• Facilities
  • Main Hall hire includes use of the kitchen and toilets
  • Doris Cooke Room hire includes use of the toilets and the sink in the room (& kitchen if not already used)
  • Entire Building hire includes use of all facilities on site
  • All hire rates include heating, lighting and water services
